Hola, soy Alma Estrada

I have a degree in International Studies, a Stethocosmetologist and an International Trainer, I have more than 12 years of experience in aesthetic treatments and 7 years ago I founded Corpo e Alma SPA andCorpo Carioca Beauty products in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico. I am currently studying a degree in physiotherapy at the Professional Institute of Therapies and Humanities (IPETH). 
 
I am a certified instructor by the CONOCER network of the Mexican government and throughout these years I have had the opportunity to provide training in Europe and Latin America; Belgium, the Netherlands, Brazil and Colombia are some of the countries where we have had the opportunity to share our Wood Therapy, Metal Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Body Molding techniques.

In 2021 I was part of the speakers at the Latin American Congress of SPA A.C, in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico and in 2022 Corpo e Alma SPA participated as an exhibitor at the CORFERIAS Health and Beauty Fair, where I participated as speaker at the first edition of The Beauty & SPA Congress in the city of Bogotá, Colombia.

To date we have more than 130courses and workshops taught in person and virtually. In Mexico we have taught courses in the cities of Tijuana, Los Cabos, Culiacán, Tepic, Durango, Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Cuernavaca and Mexico City.
